Tom did an outstanding job walking us through the many options available on the X5, which can be very confusing for a novice. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. We drove several vehicles . Tom showed us how to use many of these options while driving the vehicle. When it came time to close the deal, Tom made it very simple and quick. We could have purchased this vehicle at other dealerships that we visited, but we felt a sense of loyalty to buy this car from Tom, after our many visits and interaction with Tom. Let me begin by saying everyone at this dealership is super. Each person that we encountered during this very pleasant occasion was so nice. We did not feel uncomfortable at anytime. We were in and out, no unnecessary lagging. We were educated on the vehicle. My husband researches and is ready to negotiate and even walk away if he feels a unfit price is at hand. However, when all things were presented we felt it to be a blessing from God. Please know that John McDougald gave his all to us during this sale. I say that because he was sick but he felt the need to finish what he had started. And He did a Fine job. We were educated about everything from financing to the great advantages of being the owner of a BMW. Things like the super service and reliability. And then there is the Genius's Ivy Woods and CeCe Schweighardt both of which I had the pleasure of working with because I needed extra time to learn about all the pleasures of our new vehicle. Both invited me to make an appt or stop by when I needed help. I actually already came in for a brief moment and Ivy was quick to help. CeCe listened to me babble in my initial teaching. So I say, thank you for the experience and thank all of you for such a fine experience filled with superb service, from beginning to end.... It is always nice to see good people do great things. Greg Mays takes very good care of me and my sweet ride. Terrific lounge if you choose to wait there, or a driver will take you to a restaurant or shopping center or whetever you need to be while you wait. Far better experience than I've had at any other dealership or repair shop. Recommend highly.
